1. What forms of payment are accepted for purchases made through the Le Ivoire website?

You can pay using your credit or debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Verve. Payments in cash, are only accepted when you purchase our product from any of our outlets

2. What is the delivery time for the products?

The delivery time for jewelry purchased on the Le Ivoire website may vary depending on the delivery location and is calculated after confirmation of purchase by the credit or debit card issuer and internal review by Le Ivoire. You can check the delivery time for each item in the pending delivery page.

3. How are the products delivered?

Delivery is made through a carrier contracted by Le Ivoire.

4. Is there a freight charge for purchases made on the Le Ivoire website?

Yes, shipping is charged for shipping the product(s), and the shipping cost may vary depending on the delivery location.

5. Is delivery made throughout the country?

Yes, Le Ivoire delivers anywhere in Nigeria.

6. Can customers from other countries make a purchase?

Only if the buyer has an active paystack account or payment can be made with crypto.

7. Is it possible to change the delivery address?

Yes, it is possible as long as the goods have not yet been sent to the delivery address provided. In this case, send a mail to shipping@leivoire.com to verify the possibility.

8. Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your orders placed on the Le Ivoire website through your account dashboard. The page displayed will show all orders placed on the Le Ivoire website and all information regarding these orders, such as: order number, order date, payment method, purchase status, delivery address, among others.

9. How do I send an item as a gift?

During your purchase, when filling in the delivery address, simply fill in the address of the person who will be presented. You can still write a message that will follow with the gift.

10. Can I exchange jewelry purchased on the site?

Le Ivoire does not support the option to exchange products now, but we are looking forward to incorporate that in the nearest future.

11. What is the warranty period for jewelry sold by Le Ivoire?

The contractual warranty is valid for 1 (one) year and covers any defects related to technical aspects of manufacturing and/or materials involved.

12. Is it possible to place orders over the phone?

Yes, orders can also be placed over the phone. In this case, contact Customer Service on +234-916-273-4329, from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 4 pm (except holidays). If you prefer, Le Ivoire will call you.
